So many operators employ dedicated product managers who choose the different lodges to be sold – and they then train the various consultants about each property, without the consultants themselves ever getting the chance to experience the product.
Every year we send our consultants off for a couple of weeks to personally see the lodges that they are selling.
At BUSHSCAPES we believe that it’s absolutely vital that our consultants know exactly what they are talking about when they are discussing the merits of different lodges with their clients – so every year we send our consultants off for a couple of weeks to personally see the lodges that they are selling.
They get to sleep in the same beds, enjoy sundowners out on game drives with the same rangers and trackers that you as clients will interact with, get to see the wildlife on offer in the different reserves and enjoy those same atmospheric boma dinners under the stars! And that personal knowledge and experience in turn then informs the expert advice that they are able to give you.
