Our childhood memories are so often of much-loved family holidays to the Kruger Park which instilled a love of the bush that still resonates within us so strongly today. Now whilst public reserves like the Kruger still constitute a superb wildlife experience, many of us would prefer to stay in smaller, more stylish and luxurious private lodges with the more personal service they offer.

But the sad reality is that the vast majority of the private game lodges in Southern Africa are geared towards the international visitor (along with their Dollars, Pounds and Euros) And that’s where we come in. Bushscapes has negotiated special rates for South African residents which often represent a massive discount off the normal price!

Note that in many instances these local specials are only available in the last few weeks before travel - when the international visitors have usually completed making their bookings – and the number of rooms available can be very limited. Which is where we come in handy again – our consultants will do the legwork for you by calling around to see which lodges still have good affordable rates available!
